TROUBLESHOOTING
Service Tips :Most of the mobile phones problems can be recover by resoling components
Cell-phone
can't power on.
Check the Battery Voltage. Is it more than 3.6V?
Check the Battery Voltage. Is it more than 3.6V?
Charging the battery by TA. If its voltage level is
extremely low(under 3.0V), Change the battery.
Power-on the phone and check the power-on sound, display
and motor vibration. Are they ok?
Change the SPK module. Change Front LCD Ass'y. Change the
Vibration Motor module.
Check the TAC302 (soldering crack, open, etc)
Change the TAC302(Power-key) And retry to the power-on
operation.
Check the U602 output voltage (C633 = 2.0V, C655 = 1.1V)
If the output voltage is not satisfied with normal condition,
Change the U602. Each voltage
level has ±10% margin.
Check the TP406 output signal (AP_PS_HOLD(TP) = 2.8V)
If the output voltage is not satisfied with normal condition,
Change the U602. Each voltage
level has ±10% margin.
Check the Clock OSC600(TP207) Is that frequency 32.768Khz?
Change the OSC600. If OSC600 does not still work, Change
the U602 This problem is internal oscillator of U602. Test condition (Oscilloscope setting) :
20.0us.div (time division)
